Turmeric
You may be familiar with turmeric as it is often found as an ingredient in curries, but it can be utilized in so many other dishes. Consider putting it in your scrambled eggs, popping it on your roasted vegetables, or using it in your soup. You can even put a pinch in your smoothies and juices.
