Ingredients
- 2 cucumbers, English, peeled and sliced

- 3 shallots, thinly sliced (or you can use onions instead)
- 2/3 cup vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation
- Place sliced cucumbers and shallots in a shallow container.
- Add vinegar, salt, and pepper, then toss.
- Marinate for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
