Baked Chicken Wings
Yields 2 Servings
1 serving (4 pieces each) has 250 calories, 4 grams carbs, 15 grams fat, and 27 grams protein
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, pressed
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and ground black pepper (to taste)
- 8-10 chicken wings (skinless)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C)
- Combine the olive oil, garlic, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large, resealable bag.
- Seal the bag, then shake to combine the ingredients.
- Add the chicken wings
- Reseal and shake to coat.
- Arrange the chicken wings on a baking sheet.
- Cook the wings in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until crisp and cooked through.
- Pair with fresh vegetables or a salad, if you like.
