As the cooler weather makes way for a spot of sunshine, you can’t help but feel invigorated. The temperature change encourages you to get out and about, and exercising outdoors no longer becomes such a chore. Just like you do with your home or your wardrobe, use the extra motivation to spring clean your diet, focusing on healthy eating and breaking old habits. When you feel good, eat fresh and exercise more, weight loss occurs naturally.

Add vegetables

Boost your diet with some colorful vegetables. Try to pick some vegetables that you are less familiar with and practice cooking them. You might just discover a new family favorite recipe or two. A rainbow of fresh vegetables can help liven up a bland meal and a boring diet.

Drink water
