Consider rewarding yourself now and then for a job well done, particularly at difficult times such as Halloween and Thanksgiving. There are so many fun ways that you can reward yourself without jeopardizing your diet. Here are our top 21 suggestions for celebrating those losses and sticking to your weight loss goals.
