4 Great Spring Exercise Ideas

The seasons are changing! If you typically are a "homebody" during the winter - that ends now. Your excuses are running out! We've put together four great reasons to get outside in the spring. Check them out and try one as soon as you can.

  • Get outside! Even if it's a little cold out - that's OK! Put on something warm and get outside. More sunlight means more time out and about!
  • Go for a nature walk. It's starting to get greener outside - get out and experience it! There's something special about the start of new growth - go check it out.
  • Enjoy the rain. Springtime can certainly mean rainy weather at first, but that doesn't mean you need to avoid it! Rain can keep you cool while exercising outside - just be sure to wear the proper gear!
  • Prepare a garden. One of the best ways to get fresh, healthy food is to grow it yourself! It may be a little too early to plant, but it's not too early to prepare.
