- Don't undereat! Make sure you are eating enough food. Sometimes when we diet we tend to try to avoid food more than we should! A hungry stomach is more at risk to give in to cravings than one that is properly fed.
- Drink plenty of water. Did you know that water is filling? It is! Along with many other benefits, drinking enough water is a great, calorie-free way to keep you feeling full. Try to have quick access to water at all times.
- Manage your stress. We've all heard of the term "stress eating", right? It's real! Many of us cope with stress by over-eating. Be sure to focus on your mental health - it has a direct impact on your physical wellbeing!
- Get full nights of sleep. Go to bed early! Do it for many reasons - but one great reason to avoid your cravings. Lack of sleep inhibits decision-making and make you weaker to temptations.
