  • Daily exercise is required. Exercise on a schedule that works for you! it's more effective to allow your body time to rest between workouts and to set a schedule that isn't overwhelming.
  • You need to eat less. It's not about how much you eat - it's all about what you are eating! There's no reason to "go hungry" if you are able to plan out an appropriate diet and monitor your intake.
  • All weight loss is measured on a scale. Losing pounds is hard, and it doesn't always happen right away. Find other ways to measure your success! This could include how you feel mentally and physically.
  • Fad diets are the way to go. Fad diets can sometimes show quick results - but many times these results don't laugh! Healthy living is more about lifestyle - make changes that will last long-term!
