4 Great No-Equipment Workouts

Do you live in a smaller apartment without a lot of room to "stretch out"? Do you need a good way to work out in the office? Can't afford gym membership? Don't worry - we have some ideas! Here are four great exercises that you can do almost anywhere - no equipment required! Try some of these out today - you have no excuse not to try!

  • Push-ups. This "classic" workout is an easy way to exercise the entire upper body. If you have trouble, don't be afraid to do them on your knees rather than your toes!
  • Squats. A great core and leg workout! Be sure to use a wall to balance if you need it. You don't need to do too many of these for them to be effective - start with a few and go from there!
  • Standing sprints. As easy as it gets. Sprint in place for ten seconds, and then give yourself a break. See if you can last longer the next time.
  • Lunges. This is another great core workout. Start with smaller steps and see how far you can reach over time.
