Egg White Omelet with Tomatoes

Serves 1

One serving yields 149 calories, 0.86 grams of fat, 11.43 carbs, and 23.8 grams of protein

Ingredients

  • 6 large egg whites
  • 4 dashes pepper
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 2 medium whole tomatoes

Directions

  1. Fry 6 egg whites in a teflon pan with no oil: Do not stir or scramble.
  2. While the eggs are cooking, dice two good size tomatoes.
  3. Plate the egg when its is done and toss the tomatoes on top.
  4. Season with hot sauce and pepper to taste.
