  • Take time to write down what makes you special. Sometimes, the exercise of making lists helps people retain information more effectively. Find out what you love about yourself, and write it down. Better yet, put it on the fridge to remind yourself daily.
  • Find ways to treat yourself. It may be clothes, a day off from work, a tasty meal, or a new experience. Whatever it is, make sure to be a little selfish and treat yourself to something you'll enjoy.
  • Make a list of ways to improve yourself for the better. If your resolutions are off to a bad start, here's yet another chance to restart them. Find ways to better yourself, and start them now.
