Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works great)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare the Chicken: If you're not using rotisserie chicken, cook and shred your chicken. You’ll need about 2 cups of cooked, shredded chicken to get the perfect texture for this dip.

Combine the Ingredients: In a medium bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch or blue cheese dressing, and half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
