- Use your own style. It doesn't have to be fast-paced or have a beat - play what you want! Don't let anyone tell you what music gets you through a workout - figure it out for yourself.
- Pick music that motivates you. Try to find music that uplifts you. Depressing lyrics can get you down and really affect the physical and mental parts of your workout routine.
- Sing along! Don't try this in the gym - but if you are out and about, sing out loud! Singing is fun. Making our workouts fun helps to create habits and routines for a healthier lifestyle.
- If you are having trouble, find a pre-made playlist. Most streaming services offer pre-made playlists geared towards working out. If you have trouble building your own playlist, try someone else's!
