  • Open up space in your freezer. Some of the best meals to plan and prep can be frozen to make your weeknights easier. Make sure that you have plenty of space in your freezer to store these yummy meals!
  • Make sure you have food storage handy. Freezer bags and food storage containers are essential when working on a meal routine. The ones that cost a little more are often worth the extra expense in quality.
  • Spend some time researching recipes. The days of needing a cookbook are gone - the cooking world is at your fingertips through the internet! Do some research to find healthy recipes that fit best into your lifestyle.
  • Add a new meal each week. Don't let eating healthy get boring. Add new meals weekly - some will stay, some will go - but at least you are trying new things!
