- Take the stairs. This is an easy one! Whenever you can, avoid the elevator and take the stairs. If you don't find yourself in this situation often, then try parking further away from the store entrance when you are out shopping.
- Drink more water. Water is great for losing weight! It keeps you hydrated, allowing your body to burn fat more efficiently. It also helps you stay full and avoid snacking.
- Sleep at least 8 hours a night. Stay rested and have more energy! This will help you get up and move faster, and help you avoid those lazy days!
