Do you keep a "healthy home"? If you've never considered this before, now is the time to start! What does this mean? It means taking intentional steps to make the environment that you and your family live in a healthy place to be. Here are a few tips on establishing a healthy home!

  • More fruit, less junk food. Get junk food out of your house! We recommend having fresh fruit always available for your family as they get hungry. It's a healthy and filling way to fill your belly between meals.
  • Never allow smoking inside your home or near entryways. Second-hand smoke is so harmful to you and your family. Don't expose yourselves at put yourselves at risk.
  • Declutter. A cluttered house can lead to a cluttered mind. Keeping clutter minimized can actually help your health!
  • When possible, open those windows! Fresh air above all! Keeping fresh air circulating in your house means more oxygen for your family and less germs in the air. When you can, open those windows!
