Shoulder Circles. While standing straight, lift your shoulders up and roll them back in a circular motion. Repeat in the opposite direction.

Side Leg Raises. Lay on your side, using your bottom arm to support your head. Raise one leg directly straight up and to the side, keeping the bottom leg straight.

Leg Lifts. Lay face-up on the floor. Keeping your legs together, lift them in the air and hold. Repeat.

Bicycle. Lay face-up on the floor, and pull your legs toward your chest. Move your legs in a circular pattern, like you are pedaling a bicycle.
