According to results from a recent study conducted by the Department of Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, “Obese adults who lose at least 5 percent of their body weight report that they sleep better and longer after six months of weight loss.”

A recent study was conducted with overweight adults who suffer from knee osteoarthritis. The results showed that those who lost 10% of their starting weight reported significantly reduced knee pain, and they were able to walk faster and with better mobility. 

So, no matter what your main reason is for losing weight, you’ll know it’s worth it for many other good reasons, too.
