- Neck Stretches - Looking forward, slowly move your left ear toward your left shoulder and hold for 10 seconds. Repeat the same with the right side. Finish by bringing your chin down to your chest for 10 seconds.
- Childs Pose - While sitting on your knees, place your hands in front of your kneecaps on the floor and walk them out straight and bring your head towards your kneecaps.
- Knee to Chest - Standing up, stretch your arms down to your leg and pull a bended knee up to your chest. Be sure to balance yourself on a chair with your loose arm if needed.
- Bear Hug - Standing up, stretch your arms out to the side, and bring them in, giving yourself a hug.
