Go for a walk after your dinner
One thing to encourage regular exercise is to go for a walk together after dinner. As you are already sitting around the table with the family, it is easy just to head outside and stroll the streets. Winter or summer, walking provides a brilliant opportunity to spend some time together.
Enjoy time in nature
Visiting a park or a path by a forest or a lake can be a great motivator. Try to make it a regular excursion, throughout the changing seasons, even in winter. Fresh air is beneficial for everyone and will make you feel better. Even building a snowman is a wonderful method to get your heart beating.
Do a charity walk or run
Why not consider doing a charity walk or run for a good cause. You can all train together and then participate on the appropriate day. It gives everyone a mini goal to work towards, and allows everyone to have a great time.
Use household chores as exercise
Household chores can be made fun when everyone gets involved, and it is tremendous to include exercise into the whole family's routine. Kids love to get involved and feel useful, so allow them to pitch in and help you vacuum, sweep and dust.

Go Swimming
Swimming can be lots of fun for everyone. It is an ideal sport to do in winter, summer, spring and fall and can aid with stretching the body and improving the breathing. Even if the younger members cannot swim, they can still have fun splashing about the place.
