- Take a shower. There is something about starting your morning with a shower that really you up in the morning. It's a great, fresh way to get your morning started.
- Meditate. If you've had a bad night of sleep, bad dreams, or are still carrying the previous day's mental weight - start your day with meditation. It's a great way to clear your mind.
- Stretch. Waking up feeling sore or with muscle tightness isn't any fun. Rid yourself of those pains by doing a few simple stretches every morning.
- Eat a healthy breakfast. Starting your morning with eggs or some fresh berries is a good way to give you the energy you need to start your day off strong.
