- Walking. Even though the gym may be closed and it's harder to set up plans with a workout buddy - you can still walk alone. Pick out scenic walks and enjoy the view. Don't rush home, either.
- Rest. Did you know that the amount of sleep you get has a direct effect on your weight loss? It's true. It's important to get at least 7 hours of sleep every night. This is the best time to get that done.
- Remove temptations. Do you have unhealthy snacks lying around your home that aren't good for you? They may be able to avoid when you aren't home much. Now that your are stuck inside, they may be calling your name. Bite the bullet and throw them out!
- Create routines. You had your routines before lockdown. Now that you are out of them, it's hard to keep things under control. Create new routines for your life to keep your healthy eating, weight loss, and all other things under control.
