  • Have an accountability buddy. It's best to be "in this together" with someone that you can count on to be a good influence. Keep each other in line and accountable. 
  • Pack lunches and snacks. Eating out is risky when it comes to living on a diet.  It's best to avoid it as much as you can! Be sure to have food packed for every occasion.
  • Avoid alcohol. Alcohol is full of calories and inhibits your decision-making. Having an occasional drink is fine - just be sure to avoid overindulgence.
  • Stick to a routine. Routines form habits that are hard to break! Start these routines now and thank yourself later.
