  • Caffeine Gives You Energy. OK - you already knew this - but it's something to keep in mind. Used correctly and effectively, caffeine can help provide more energy for exercise and daily life.
  • Caffeine Can Cause Sleeplessness. Everyone knows not to chug a coffee before bed - but it goes deeper. If you are having issues getting sleep at night, try cutting back on your daily caffeine intake.
