Very often we get stuck in the vicious cycle of struggling mentally and physically at the same time. In reality - it's very hard to succeed in one area if you are struggling in the other.   • Prioritize you! We spend a lot of time worrying about others, and not enough time worrying about ourselves. Be sure to focus on "number one" - yourself!
  • Journal. Very often our head gets clouded with negative thoughts. Writing down the positive things and your accomplishments to refer back to later can help to chase away negative thinking.
  • Surround yourself with the right people. The people around you should always lift you up and never bring you down. If you find yourself always surrounded by "downers", please reconsider who you spend time with.
  • Consider therapy. Many of us always consider therapy as a "last resort". It's time to change the narrative! Mental health should always be a priority.
