One thing that we do know for sure is that commitment to keeping the weight off is necessary in the long-term. Just because you are no longer dieting, you cannot just resort to eating out as you did before. You have to maintain the portion controls, keep up the low-fat food choices and avoid the junk food. Of course, we understand that some days it is easier said than done. So, if you do have a bad day for whatever reason, the key is to jump back on the wagon and continue where you left off.
