  • Fruit - There's nothing easier than grabbing an apple or a banana on your way out the door! 
  • Nuts - Nuts can be very filling and often come in different flavor options for variety. Be sure to check that the seasonings that come with the nuts that you purchase don't include sugar.
  • Berries - Berries are great for satisfying your sweet tooth! Be sure to always have fresh berries available in your fridge.
  • Jerky - Jerky is a filling, tasty snack that is loaded with protein to get you through your day. Like nuts, but sure that there's no sugar added to the jerky that you purchase.
