High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

HIIT workouts are perfect for maximizing results in a short amount of time. They involve alternating bursts of high-intensity exercises with brief recovery periods. Try a simple circuit of 30 seconds of jumping jacks, 30 seconds of squats, and 30 seconds of push-ups, followed by a 15-second rest. Repeat for three to four rounds.

Bodyweight Strength Training

Strength training doesn't require heavy equipment or long sessions. Focus on bodyweight exercises such as squats, lunges, push-ups, and planks. Set a timer for 15 minutes and perform as many rounds as possible of 10 squats, 10 push-ups, and a 20-second plank.

Quick Cardio Burst

If you need a fast way to get your heart rate up, try a quick cardio burst. Activities like running in place, mountain climbers, or jump rope are great options. Perform each exercise for one minute with minimal rest between moves to keep your heart rate elevated.

Stretch and Mobility Routine

Not every workout has to be high-intensity. A 15-minute stretch and mobility routine can improve flexibility and reduce tension from sitting or standing all day. Include dynamic stretches like leg swings and hip circles, along with static stretches for key muscle groups.
