- Get a good amount of rest. Sleep in! Take a nap! Do something restful that will leave you feeling refreshed for the next day.
- Eat a healthy breakfast. Start your morning out right! Get a full, healthy breakfast to fuel you for the day ahead.
- Do something that makes you happy. This day is all about you! Make sure you do things that lift you up mentally.
