- Get outside. The days are getting longer. Take advantage of the extra sunlight and get outside!
- Wear layers. The temperature and weather patterns can change pretty quickly in the spring. When you go out, be prepared for anything.
- Take advantage of seasonal foods. Visit local farm stands and food co-ops and take advantage of the fresh foods available.
- Pack the sunscreen. Just because we aren't talking about the summer sun, it doesn't mean you shouldn't protect your skin. Be sure to put on sunscreen every time you go out.
