  • Take time away from your desk. Sitting in the same spot for hours isn't good for you - be sure to take breaks throughout the day to get up and stretch.
  • Take your meetings "outside" when you can. Virtual meetings are great for getting outside and going for a walk!
  • Take advantage of "getting time back". When the opportunity arises, please take advantage of it! If your hour-long meeting goes 20 minutes, go for a 40-minute walk.
