  • Your genetics. Sometimes you can't help it - you were born with it!
  • You aren't drinking enough water. Water helps speed up weight loss. Try keeping track of how much you drink each day.
  • You are eating too many snacks. Are you a serial snacker? Do you forget to keep track of the snacks you sneak? Remove these temptations from your house if possible.
  • You aren't exercising. Dieting alone sometimes isn't enough. Even if it's as simple as a daily walk, get outside and start exercising.
