The average person works over 38 hours a week - and medical experts recommend that we spend at least 56 hours a week sleeping. That leaves about 74 hours per week (or 7 hours per day) for eating, spending time with family, commuting to and from work, and running errands. Where's the time to exercise? Thankfully, one of the most effective ways to exercise is also the easiest. All you have to do is throw on a pair of shoes and start walking!
