1. Pack Snacks That Actually Satisfy
Skip the gas station junk. Bring protein bars, trail mix (watch the sugar), jerky, or cut veggies with hummus. The goal: avoid the blood sugar rollercoaster that leads to hanger and regret.
2. Stay Hydrated, Especially on Planes
Flights are dehydrating. Bring a refillable water bottle and actually use it. Add electrolyte tablets or lemon slices to make it more appealing. Hydration = better energy, digestion, and skin.
